with 100%, contact-free pickup from all our Wattyl Paint Centre Stores.

Select 'Free Click & Collect in store'

When you’ve added all your items to your cart, simply select ‘Click and Collect’. Then find your nearest Wattyl store, by typing in your postcode. Then check out!

Step 2

Ready to pick up

A team member from your Wattyl store will call or email you as soon as your order is ready; normally in about 3 hours*.

Step 3

Pick up in store

Don’t worry, our stores are 100% contactless. All you need to do is bring the email confirmation and your ID with you. When you arrive, call the store and they’ll instruct you on where to go to collect your order.

  1. Add all your items to your cart.
  2. At the delivery prompt – select Click and Collect – and find your nearest Wattyl Paint Centre store by typing in your postcode.
    (NB. Only ONE store can be nominated)
  3. Proceed to the Check Out
  4. You will be notified by team by email/phone when your order is ready for collection.

Our stores are 100% contactless. When you arrive to pick up your order please, park and call our store team on the number provided on your receipt.

Our Click and Collect service is free of charge

Free same day Click and Collect is available between 8-4pm Monday to Friday.

The standard wait period to collect your order is approximately 3 hours but will vary depending on store traffic and demand. Please wait for a Wattyl team member to confirm your order is ready to be collected.

Orders placed before 12pm should be available for pick up the same day

Orders placed after 4pm will be available for pick up after 9am the following day

*Only paint, and test pot are available for Click and Collect service. All colour swatch orders will be mailed out separately. All Colour consult are managed virtually and begins if your consult survey – link provided to you in your confirmation receipt.

As long as the requested pick up time is after the minimum 3-hour requirement we need to get your order ready, you can choose a morning or afternoon window to pick up your order. We will do our best to achieve your requested time slot but there may be times where this can’t be achieved. We will contact you if this is not possible and make sure we can organise another suitable time

All our stores are 100% contactless and you won’t need to enter our stores to pick up your order. When you arrive, simply park and call the store on the number provided.

The team will instruct you to drive to the designated pick-up area, where you can safely pick up your order.

Please bring your proof of purchase receipt that clearly identifies your ECOM number, plus your ID.
